What you'll bring to the team

Gardener
Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 6:00am - 2:30pm March - October & 7:00am - 3:30pm November - February, across a 7-day rota (usually working 1 weekend in 4)
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Gardener to join our AWESOME Landscape Team! Our team creates and maintains beautiful seasonal displays for our guests to enjoy throughout the resort. As a Gardener, you will contribute to making LEGOLAND Windsor Resort an aesthetically pleasing location, helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

As a LEGOLAND Gardener (internally known as Landscape Technician), your responsibilities include carrying out daily maintenance duties such as weeding, planting, pruning, leaf blowing, soil regeneration, and other gardening tasks. You will seek new and innovative ways to present the resort to the highest standards, proposing seasonal ideas aligned with our operational calendar. Health and Safety are vital; you will foster a safe working environment, ensuring PPE is worn, risk assessments and safety procedures are followed, and equipment is well maintained. You will work across the resort, engaging with guests and adding personal, memorable moments to their day.

Qualifications & Experience

• Level 2 Horticulture qualification
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• PA1/PA6 certification
• Pedestrian/Ride on mower certificates
• Hedge Cutter Certificate
• Experience in soft landscaping roles
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and in physically demanding roles
