Grafter Job Opportunity: Gardener

Grafter is hiring for a range of contract and short-term jobs across the UK. We currently have a client looking to fill a gardener role with the following description:

1. Responsibilities:
   • Assist in maintaining greenspaces, including tool use and general gardening duties.
   • Work in customer-facing and high-end greenspaces, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
   • Follow instructions and training from the head gardener, showing initiative and a proactive attitude.
   • Contribute to shaping the company's vision and represent the organization positively.
2. Candidate Requirements:
   • Hardworking, enthusiastic, polite, and professional.
   • Experience with gardening tools and greenspace maintenance is preferred.
   • Transferable skills will be considered if the candidate demonstrates commitment and willingness to learn.
