What you'll bring to the team

Gardener

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 6:00am - 2:30pm March - October & 7:00am - 3:30pm November - February, across a 7-day rota (usually working 1 weekend in 4)

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

Join our AWESOME Landscape Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort for the 2025 season! Our team creates and maintains beautiful seasonal displays for our guests, making the resort a memorable and aesthetically pleasing destination. As a Gardener, you will perform daily maintenance duties such as weeding, planting, pruning, leaf blowing, soil regenerating, and other gardening tasks. You will also seek innovative ways to enhance the resort's presentation and propose seasonal ideas aligned with our operational calendar.

Health and Safety are paramount. You will ensure a safe working environment by following PPE protocols, risk assessments, SSOW, and maintaining equipment/machinery. Working across the resort, you will have opportunities to interact with guests and create memorable moments.

Please note: Internally, this role is called Landscape Technician.

Qualifications & Experience

• Level 2 Horticulture qualification
• Full UK Driver's Licence
• PA1/PA6 certification
• Pedestrian/Ride-on mower certificates
• Hedge Cutter Certificate
• Experience in soft landscaping
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and in a physically demanding role

Training will be provided to support your success in this role.
