Hillier Garden Centre at Botley is seeking a friendly Garden Centre Assistant (Food & Beverage) to join our team in Southampton, Hampshire. You will work within our Restaurant, serving food and drinks and ensuring high standards of customer service in a busy environment.

This permanent role offers guaranteed 10 hours per week on a rota basis, with some weekend work and the potential for additional hours during peak trading periods. 50% restaurant menu discount on shift and other benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude for busy hospitality settings.
• Full training provided; willingness to learn and adapt.
• Able to work as part of a team and deliver great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food and drinks.
• Making hot beverages, including coffee.
• Handling customer queries and payments.
