Job summary

Hillier Garden Centre in Weyhill is seeking a friendly Restaurant Supervisor to join our on-site restaurant team. You will support the Restaurant Manager and supervise staff, ensuring smooth daily service and high standards of food and customer care.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering 37.5 hours per week on a rota, with daytime hours and a range of staff benefits as part of our family‑run business.

Job description

Our Hillier Garden Centre at Weyhill is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, and outdoor living products. Our on-site restaurant is a key part of the experience, providing our customers with delicious, freshly prepared meals, cakes, light snacks, and beverages.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, supervising the restaurant team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of food and beverages and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. Hours are scheduled on a rota basis and averaged over a two‑week pattern.
