We are looking for an Administration Officer responsible for letting vacant garages and the efficient collection of garage income. You must be enthusiastic, a team player, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
You need previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in social housing or income recovery, with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, IT skills, attention to detail, and a good work ethic.
You must be fluent in English, as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act, for effective customer interaction.
