Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking a Game Owner to drive end-to-end lifecycle management for Instant Win Games, collaborating with game studios and internal teams to deliver high-quality experiences that support the National Lottery’s growth and good causes.

You will work with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Brand to ensure compliant launches, while optimizing gameplay and delivering on roadmap milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital games or lottery products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects with external studios.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end game lifecycle from ideation to launch for multiple games.
• Ensure game concepts and trademarks comply with licence requirements.
• Support post-production and resolve queries with Content, QA, and platform partners.
• Lead Creative Review and Governance approval processes for IWG games.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Brand teams to ensure compliant launches.
• Analyse game performance and report trends to inform roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with studios to deliver licensed games within brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning marketing activity for new game launches.
• Mentor Game Executives to sustain ownership of games over time.
• Maintain trackers and checklists for license compliance.
