Job summary

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Certificate in Low Intensity CBT or equivalent mental health qualification.
• Experience delivering structured wellbeing or psychologically informed interventions.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health, addiction, or complex emotional well-being needs.
• Experience managing a caseload in health, social care, charity, or community settings.
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellbeing interventions to individuals affected by gambling harm.
• Support assessments and formulation of emotional, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop recovery-focused care plans with service users.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and participate in supervision.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
