The Naughton Gallery at Queen's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Gallery and Collections Assistant to support the Curator & Collections Manager in the care and management of the University's art collection, as well as the planning and delivery of the Gallery's dynamic exhibitions and events programme.
This role plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of the Gallery, including providing essential clerical and administrative support, assisting with exhibition installations, populating the gallery website, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors. The postholder will also take responsibility for supervising the Naughton Gallery space, maintaining its presentation standards and supporting public engagement initiatives.

Support the Curator & Collections Manager in the care and management of the University\'s art collection.
Assist with the planning and delivery of the Gallery\'s exhibitions and events programme.
Provide clerical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the Gallery.
Assist with exhibition installations and gallery presentation.
Populate the gallery website with relevant content and maintain information accuracy.
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and supervise the gallery space as required.
Support public engagement initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
