Job summary

James-Hall- in Carlisle seeks a Supervisor to manage store operations and lead a team during a 32-hour week. You’ll support, motivate, and ensure daily activities run smoothly to deliver top customer service and compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards.

The role involves stepping in for the Store Manager when needed and maintaining audits and administrative procedures to keep the store efficient and compliant.

• Leading by example to ensure all store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene, are maintained


• Updating and maintaining store audits and administrative procedures
