Job summary

Monex is seeking an FX Sales Executive in London to manage and grow relationships with existing corporate and institutional clients while prospecting new accounts. You will coordinate with the Dealing Team, Compliance and Risk to ensure regulatory adherence and sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B sales within a regulated financial services environment, with strong negotiation, closing skills and an understanding of FX products.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is required.
• Experience in a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable.
• Proven track record at an executive level in commercial sales.
• Clear understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
• Strong sales techniques including negotiation and closing.
• Some knowledge of risk management and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Basic knowledge of FX products.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales relationships with existing clients and prospect new accounts.
• Interface between clients and the Dealing Team with Compliance and Risk.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast; meet weekly/monthly/annual targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with Trading team support where appropriate.
• Conduct presentations and documentation; plan sales calls and meetings.
• Ensure onboarding processes comply with FCA principles and GDPR.
