Qualifications

• Solid track record in corporate FX sales or closely related field.
• Understand FX market structure to position against banks, brokers and fintechs.
• Operate with autonomy and sound commercial judgement.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage, build and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with ownership over relationships.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within the corporate segment.
• Structure FX and hedging solutions to fit each client's risk profile.
• Support and mentor junior sales talent as the team grows.
• Feed into commercial planning — pricing, positioning, and market approach.
