Job summary

TD Securities in London is seeking an FX Operations Analyst to conduct research, perform analysis and reporting on operational and application issues, and support critical initiatives across the function.

You will manage complex transactions within SLAs, collaborate with partners on projects, identify process improvements, and deliver insights to elevate service quality and decision making.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree/ college diploma preferred and/or 1+ year relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are helpful for researching and reporting

Responsibilities

• Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to SLAs
• Identify, document, and investigate processes/exceptions arising from transactions/processes beyond first level operations
• Coordinate with partners on key initiatives; may act as project lead/subject matter expert for small-scale projects
• Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed to facilitate resolution and ensure service quality
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
• Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers and root causes of cross-functional issues; interpret findings and make recommendations
• Support partners with inbound and outbound requests and perform adjustments within authority levels
• Contribute to production of consolidated or aggregated reporting
• Maintain relationships with customers by resolving issues and explaining business processes

Education
