Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute more complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines and SLAs.
• Identify, document, and investigate processes/exceptions arising from transactions beyond first level operations.
• Coordinate with partners on initiatives and act as project lead/subject matter expert for small-scale projects.
• Provide accurate analysis of key process drivers and recommend improvements within risk appetite.
• Support inbound and outbound requests, respond to questions, and assist with validation within authority levels.
