Training is provided with a clear path to a fully qualified FX Broker within 12-24 months. Ideal candidates are motivated college leavers with interest in financial markets, strong numeracy, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Recently completed A-Levels or equivalent with strong math/economics/business.
• Finance, economics or trading coursework is advantageous.
• Internships in Financial Services or B2B sales are highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and economic trends.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers in executing client currency trades.
• Monitor market movements and prepare daily market updates.
• Assist in client onboarding and maintain documentation.
• Conduct basic research on currency trends and indicators.
• Learn and apply compliance and regulatory standards within FX trading.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Cold calling to source new clients.

Salary £18-25k Base plus 35k OTE , commissions are uncapped
