Business Segment Overview

Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

Fluent Mandarin and English speaker requirement for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and passionate individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX is preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered). You will join a growing team and gain exposure to a unique environment working in the Fintech space. You'll enjoy operating in a fast-paced, highly efficient agile environment alongside a team of autonomous individuals with aligned beliefs and goals.

Primary duties will include:

  1. Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience
  2. Facilitating outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who have already indicated interest in our platform and providing support for existing customers
  3. Handling incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email, and live chats, as well as occasionally face-to-face in the office or at events
  4. No cold calling involved; the job is centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns, primarily speaking to clients over the phone in a fast-paced environment
  5. Providing support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience—funding accounts, education, etc.
  6. Encouraging and supporting referrals from existing clients
  7. This list is not exhaustive and may be expanded as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

To land this role, you will need:

  1. Creative problem solver, professional, honest, and a good team player
  2. Ability to learn complex products quickly
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  4. Proactive, KPI-driven, able to manage your client base and source new relationships independently
  5. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  6. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach in a real-time trading environment
  7. Fluency in Mandarin and English
