Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Future Talent team, primarily to oversee the smooth running of the apprentice and graduate training programmes, but also to focus (when required) on the upskilling of existing staff to enable them to gain a professional qualification.

About the Company

Working closely with apprentices, graduates, and their teams, this role contributes to our high professional pass rates and reputation for developing future talent. You will play a key role in developing the capabilities of our talent aligned with organizational goals, ensuring a diverse range of employees are retained and supported to reach their full potential.

You will collaborate with Senior Leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance Directors, external training partners, and programme coordinators to ensure our programmes align with UK/EME strategy and business needs. This role involves travel within the UK and overnight stays when required.
