Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites you to a Future Talent Events Placement Year starting July 2027. You will join the Future Talent team to support apprentice onboarding, marketing, and school events, gaining hands-on experience from day one with real responsibilities.

You will organise apprentice engagement activities and build skills to plan and run recruitment centres and Welcome Evenings, while contributing to the world-class operations of our premium automotive manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Undertaking a Bachelor's degree in Business or HR, progressing towards a minimum 2:2 or above
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to show good interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Good organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt working approach, prioritise tasks, work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems
• Excellent team player with solid interpersonal and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Integrate into the team through tasks that generate understanding of current business processes
• Organise and coordinate training activities and topics
• Research into new forms of training
• Steer identified projects and innovations within the given department
• Represent the business at events and activities
• Support with day-to-day Future Talent topics and onboarding
