Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites you to a Future Talent Events Placement Year starting July 2027. You will join the Future Talent team to support apprentice onboarding, marketing, and school events, gaining hands-on experience from day one with real responsibilities.
You will organise apprentice engagement activities and build skills to plan and run recruitment centres and Welcome Evenings, while contributing to the world-class operations of our premium automotive manufacturer.

The Rolls-Royce Future Talent team is responsible for steering the training and development needs of all Intern, Graduates and Apprentices within our Goodwood office.
In the Apprentice Training area, you will be part of the team to support with all aspects of apprentice onboarding, apprentice marketing and school events. You will develop and organise apprentice engagement activities. Over the course of the year, you will build the skills needed to plan and run apprentice events including recruitment Assessment Centres and Welcome Evenings.
