Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Workforce Transformation Consultant to lead integrated operating model, organisation design and strategic workforce planning engagements for key business priorities across Bristol, York, Sheffield or Norwich with 50% office attendance.

You will diagnose challenges with senior leaders, develop future-state designs and provide evidence-based recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operating model design, organisation design and workforce planning within large and complex organisations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to articulate the financial implications of business decisions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and storytelling skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and decision papers.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop, challenge and refine strategic workforce, organisation and operating model decisions.
