Aviva is seeking a Workforce Transformation Consultant to lead integrated operating model, organisation design and strategic workforce planning engagements for key business priorities across Bristol, York, Sheffield or Norwich with 50% office attendance.

Starting Salary: c. £85,000 Dependent on skills and experience

The Workforce Transformation team plays an important role in helping Aviva translate strategy into practical organisation and workforce outcomes. In this role, you will lead integrated operating model, organisation design and strategic workforce planning engagements that support key business priorities. You will work closely with executive and senior leaders to diagnose challenges, develop future‑state designs and provide evidence‑based recommendations that support strategic decision‑making. A key focus will be helping the business prepare for a GenAI‑enabled future by redesigning work, identifying future skills requirements and determining the right balance between people and technology. This is a highly visible role where your work will directly influence organisational effectiveness, future capability and long‑term business performance.
