Qualifications

• 4 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including Maths, English and science.
• Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 accepted.
• NVQ2 in Pharmacy is not an alternative to the academic requirements.
• Proof of the above qualifications will be requested at interview.

Responsibilities

• Support medicines supply and optimisation across the Trust.
• Dispensing, stock control, aseptic production and quality control.
• Deliver pharmacy ward-based services on hospital wards.
• Take patient medication histories and educate patients on medicines.
• Gain knowledge to final accuracy check dispensed medicines.
