Job summary

Lawson Fuses Limited, part of Lucy Group, is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead LV/MV fusegear product development, standardization and lifecycle management across Introduction, Growth, Maturity and Decline.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to deliver reliable, compliant and cost-competitive protection solutions for Industrial, Utility and infrastructure applications, shaping Lawson Fuses' global profile.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in LV & MV fusegear and related electrical protection systems.
• In-depth knowledge of fuse characteristics, selectivity, coordination and application engineering.
• Experience managing product lifecycles in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of electrical standards, testing protocols and certification processes (ISO, IEC, ENA, BS, UL).
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, direction and strategy for fusegear products across full lifecycle.
• Develop product roadmaps and manage launches with engineering, manufacturing and quality.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales for market positioning and communications.
• Support pricing, cost structures and margin improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality and supply chain to ensure manufacturability and delivery readiness.
• Ensure compliance with IEC/BS/ENA/UL standards and maintain technical documentation.
