Job summary

Hunters Contracts Limited is seeking a motivated and organised Project Support to join our Major Projects team to help deliver commercial furniture projects from enquiry through to completion.

Working alongside experienced Project Leads, you will provide project and administrative support, liaising with clients and suppliers, preparing quotations and ensuring projects run smoothly while you develop your career in a high-performing, customer-focused business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience within the commercial furniture industry.
• Good understanding of furniture quotations and supplier processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations.
• Review supplier quotations and order acknowledgements for accuracy.
• Assist with tender submissions by gathering information and pricing data.
• Arrange furniture and finish samples for clients and design teams.
• Coordinate finish schedules and sample libraries to support specifications.
• Support project administration, documentation and tracking actions.
• Attend client meetings and record actions and follow-ups.
• Attend supplier meetings to strengthen relationships and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate project information within company systems.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Provide support across the wider Projects team to deliver client service.
