Job summary

OA Group is seeking a Furniture Delivery Driver to work on a temporary basis for a client in Letchworth. You will deliver furniture directly to customers' homes, operate as part of a two-person delivery team with a Driver's Mate, and handle loading, unloading and placement of items.

Full UK driving licence is required; experience in delivery or furniture is advantageous, but training is provided for the right person.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Delivery or furniture experience is advantageous but training can be provided for the right person.
• Physically fit with ability to lift and carry heavy furniture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture safely to customers' homes.
• Work as part of a two-person delivery team with Driver's Mate.
• Load and unload furniture and position items in customers' homes.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service and complete delivery paperwork.
• Perform vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean and tidy.
