Based in High Wycombe, the Delivery Assistant 2026 role supports a furniture delivery operation on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. Working 7:00am to 5:00pm across five days each week, the postholder rides alongside a driver, helping load and unload items, carry goods into homes and businesses, and position pieces as directed. Careful handling is essential to prevent damage, while punctual arrival and courteous conduct matter when meeting customers. Applicants should be physically capable, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a two-person crew.

The position pays £13.09 per hour, with the prospect of a permanent contract for someone who performs well.
