Job summary

Brightwork Ltd in Bellshill is seeking a reliable Drivers Mate to support our furniture delivery operation. You will assist the driver with home deliveries, help load/unload stock, and ensure on-time completions while maintaining a professional service to customers and store teams.

You will also handle paperwork, participate in vehicle checks, and follow health and safety procedures on the road and at sites. This temporary role offers day shifts with a weekend rota and starts immediately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting the driver with the delivery of furniture to homes and flats.
• Loading and unloading heavy stock safely and efficiently.
• Helping to ensure deliveries are completed on time and in line with company standards.
• Supporting with vehicle checks and maintaining a clean working environment.
• Handling delivery paperwork and obtaining proof of delivery where required.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers and store teams.
• Following all health and safety procedures while on the road and at delivery sites.
