Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting a Furnace Operator for a leading manufacturer in Rotherham. The role offers long-term prospects with a temporary-to-permanent path and a shift pattern across days, evenings and nights.

You will set up and operate strand annealing furnaces, monitor temperatures and gas flow, carry out quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following production plans and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or factory experience required.
• Attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• FLT licence desirable but not essential.

• Set up and operate strand annealing furnaces.
• Monitor furnace temperatures, gas flow and running speeds.

Furnace Operator

Rotherham £15.83 per hour Temporary to Permanent Rotating Shifts:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• 10:00pm - 6:00am

Stafforce Recruitment are recruiting for a Furnace Operator to join a leading manufacturing company in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term work with the chance of a permanent contract.

The Role
