Job summary

Evolve Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Furnaceman / Furnace Operator in Brownhills. This full-time role offers stable hours with a temp-to-perm path and earnings from £14.99 to £17.50 per hour, with progression to permanent status after 12 weeks and potential bonuses.

Initial pay is on agency terms at £14.99 per hour, rising to £16.99 after probation, and to £17.50 once trained. Regular hours include 4 on 4 off continental shifts after training, with a strong emphasis on safety and

• Experience as Furnaceman or in a foundry environment.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Safely load and unload materials
• Monitor temperatures, timings and treatment processes to ensure quality
• Carry out basic equipment checks and report faults or maintenance issues
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

Furnaceman / Furnace Operator

Location: Brownhills

Job Type: Full-Time - Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £14.99 per hour to £17.50 per/hour plus bonus

Working Hours whilst on the agency: Monday to Thursday: 10.15 am - 16.00 pm 08.30 am - 17.00 pm Friday

Once trained you will go onto continental shifts 4 on 4 off - 6.00 am - 18.00 pm
