Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare in Scotland is hiring a Funeral Plan Arranger on a part-time basis (15 hours a week) to serve the Angus, Arbroath and Aberdeenshire area. You will be the first point of contact for funeral plans, delivering excellent client experience while managing your own diary.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The role can involve sensitive duties and requires professionalism, discretion and a genuine wish to help families create meaningful goodbyes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory policies is important.
• Ability to manage a personal diary and travel to client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with guidance on funeral plans and options.
• Manage your diary with calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Keep client records in line with policies and regulations with discretion.
• Support branch teams with funeral plan enquiries and admin tasks when needed.
