Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare in the UK is hiring a Funeral Plan Arranger. You’ll be the first point of contact for funeral plans, guiding clients through options and assisting with enquiries and sales in line with guidelines.

You’ll manage your own diary across your region, visit clients or arrange calls, and work with branch teams to deliver outstanding service. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and community.
• Attention to detail to ensure regulatory policies and processes are followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with guidance on funeral plans and options.
• Manage diary, calls, and face-to-face visits; follow up on enquiries.
• Keep records in line with policies; handle client documentation with discretion.
• Work with branch teams to support funeral plans enquiries and admin tasks.
