Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Funds Product professional to coordinate regulatory documentation for the WMF Global business, working closely with the EMEA Funds Legal team, investment desks and external counsel across multiple domiciles.

Hybrid work arrangement and exposure to a fast-growing fund product team; strong emphasis on regulatory documentation, stakeholder management, and high-quality client communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in asset management or related industry.
• Hands-on experience with legal or regulatory documents and content creation.
• Demonstrated project management experience with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to simplify complex information.
• Willingness to take initiative, accountability and ownership with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process for prospectus cycles and regulatory filings across funds and domiciles.
• Coordinate with Legal, regulators, and internal teams to obtain approvals and respond to comments.
• Draft client communications and governance-related materials ensuring consistency of language.
• Manage external vendors for registration and publication of fund documents.
