Job summary

J.P. Morgan Mansart recruits a Product Development Specialist / Fund Structuring to manage end-to-end fund launches and bespoke product development. You will work with sales, legal, compliance and PM teams to deliver multi-asset, regulated fund formats.

The role emphasizes ESG integration, regulatory awareness (UCITs, AIFMD, MiFID, Consumer Duty) and collaboration across EMEA/APAC regions while supporting platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product design, development, and launch process for new funds, ETFs, and managed accounts.
• Coordinate internal and external approvals across the fund launch lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, compliance, and portfolio management to tailor client solutions.
• Lead technical project management activities for new fund platforms and service providers.
• Oversee changes to existing funds including restructurings, mergers, and terminations.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes impacting fund structuring and documentation.
• Incorporate ESG considerations and related European regulations into product development.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners for seamless delivery.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and anticipation of client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Support growth of the Mansart platform and fund offerings.
