Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Fund Product Analyst in London to join the Funds Group within the Client Platform. The role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of globally domiciled funds, including equity, fixed income, multi-asset and alternative strategies, and ensures client-friendly regulatory documentation.

The hybrid role offers collaboration with legal, regulatory and vendor partners, with a flexible working pattern and a focus on process improvements, governance and cross-border fund

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or related industry.
• Hands-on experience with legal or regulatory documents and content creation.
• Direct experience in a product/legal role, preferably with fund vehicles.
• Project management experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex.
• Willingness to take initiative, demonstrate accountability and ownership while knowing when to seek broader input.
• Desire to evolve as an individual contributor and expand responsibilities over time.
• Collaborative, positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional projects and build healthy working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage end-to-end prospectus cycles and regulatory changes.
• Lead prospectus process expansion for new markets and cross-border registrations.
• Ensure consistency across fund documents and shareholder notices with legal, vendors and regulators.
• Identify and maintain client-friendly disclosure and communication outcomes.
• Coordinate with regulators, external counsel and vendors for timely updates.
• Provide fund product expertise for client queries that cannot be fielded by teams.
• Lead ad-hoc Fund Product projects like annual fee reviews and template management.
