Job summary

Langham Hall Jersey is seeking a Manager - Funds to lead administration for Real Estate and/or Private Equity funds. You will manage client relationships, prepare investor records, run cash management, and support regulatory compliance and secretarial duties.

The role requires senior fund admin experience, people management and familiarity with LPAs, KYC, and governance. Langham Hall Jersey offers growth opportunities and professional qualification support.

Qualifications

• Educated to at least A-level standard with GCSEs in Math and English.
• Ideally 5+ years of real estate and/or private equity/trust experience.
• Proven people management experience.
• Familiar with corporate governance and KYC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and fund administration for Real Estate/Private Equity Funds.
• Coordinate Company Secretarial duties and investor registers.
• Oversee daily cash management and banking processes.
• Liaise with law firms on entities and transactions; support audits.
• Mentor junior staff and manage day‑to‑day workload and performance.
