Lumos is seeking a proactive Fundraising Operations Officer to enhance systems and processes within the Fundraising team. This role offers hands-on experience in project coordination and CRM management, contributing to an international fundraising environment.

The Fundraising Operations Officer will help drive improvements in how the Fundraising team manages data, reporting, and income tracking.
The role supports the smooth running of Fundraising operations by improving and maintaining systems, processes, and administrative functions, ensuring the global team runs smoothly and efficiently.
This is a newly established role that offers hands-on experience in project coordination, risk escalation, and CRM management, supporting the development of technical and strategic skills in an international fundraising environment.
