Beyond is seeking a versatile Fundraising & Operations Manager to grow income and the charity’s infrastructure. The role blends donor development with in-house operational systems, including CRM ownership and KPI reporting for the CEO and Trustees. Regular donor meetings in London and agile collaboration with a small, largely remote team are expected.

The successful candidate will balance fundraising delivery with data hygiene, ensuring compliant practice and scalable processes as Beyond grows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in fundraising with major donors, trusts or foundations.
• Experience managing a CRM/database and using data/reporting to inform decisions.
• Excellent written communication for proposals, cases for support or donor reports.
• Strong relationship-building skills for senior donors and stakeholders.
• Interest in operational processes, systems and data hygiene.
• Highly organised, able to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of UK GDPR, PECR and fundraising compliance.

Responsabilités

• Research and cultivate prospective major donors, trusts, foundations and corporate partners.
• Write compelling proposals and manage full fundraising cycle from research to reporting.
• Build and manage fundraising pipeline with accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate freelance bid writer/trust fundraiser and align on priorities and deadlines.
• Plan donor meetings including travel to London and brief/ accompany CEO or Trustees.
• Develop stewardship communications and impact reporting for donors.
• Identify new income opportunities with the CEO to prioritise impact.
• Support recruitment and coordination of ambassadors and volunteers.
• Develop and maintain case for support materials.
• Monitor fundraising trends and compliance to keep Beyond current.
