Dentaid The Dental Charity is seeking a passionate Fundraising Officer to support growth across community, events, trusts, and partnerships. You will deliver engaging supporter journeys and help turn enquiries into lasting engagement, working closely with the Fundraising Manager.
You will own donor stewardship, collaborate with marketing to collect stories and metrics, and represent the charity at events. Based at Totton, near Southampton, with flexible working options discussed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Fundraising Officer to join our fundraising team and help deliver our ambitious plans for growth.
This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting fundraising activity across community and events fundraising, corporate Charity of the Year partnerships, trusts and grants and project partnerships.
You will play a central role in creating excellent supporter experiences, ensuring every supporter feels valued and connected to the difference they are helping us to make.
You will take ownership of supporter journeys from initial enquiry through to delivery, thanking and recognition and future engagement.
Working closely with the Fundraising Manager you will help implement Dentaid’s fundraising strategy, explore new income streams and strengthen relationships with existing supporters and partners.

This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week based onsite at our Totton office (near Southampton). We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements, including a potential 30‑hour week, for the right candidate.
