Reed Marketing & Creative is partnering with a respected not-for-profit to recruit an experienced Fundraising Lead in Birmingham. You will own fundraising and supporter engagement, strengthening relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners to help deliver the organisation's mission.

You will develop campaigns, coordinate events, and work with teams to create compelling communications. The role requires excellent relationship-building, project coordination, and a genuine passion

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or community engagement.
• Strong relationship-building with donors, volunteers, and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver fundraising and supporter engagement initiatives that align with organisational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters, volunteers, and community partners.
• Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for participants.
• Identify opportunities to expand community involvement and strengthen existing supporter networks.
• Work closely with internal teams to create compelling communications and engagement materials.
• Act as a key contact for fundraising enquiries, building trust and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support the recruitment, development, and coordination of volunteers and fundraising champions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on fundraising activity and engagement levels.
• Represent the organisation at events, meetings, and community initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of fundraising plans and supporter engagement strategies.
