Job summary

Birmingham Mind is seeking a Fundraising Lead to grow voluntary income and deliver our fundraising strategy. You will develop campaigns, create supporter materials and build strong relationships with businesses, groups, individuals and volunteers across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

You will line manage the Fundraising and Training Coordinator and collaborate with teams across communications, finance, services and volunteering to plan activities, track income and report impact.

Qualifications

• You will bring at least two years’ experience in fundraising and a track record of meeting income targets.
• Experience delivering events, campaigns or projects to grow voluntary income.
• Ability to build positive relationships with supporters, donors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Line manage the Fundraising and Training Coordinator.
• Plan campaigns and events with the Business Development Manager and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities, steward donors and report income and impact.
• Represent the charity at community and networking events and work flexible hours as needed.
