Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice is seeking a Fundraising Co-ordinator to welcome supporters, help them start their fundraising, and ensure they have information and encouragement to stay engaged with us.

You will support campaigns and events, keep supporter records on our CRM, coordinate volunteers, and work with Fundraising and Marketing to deliver a great donor experience and successful community fundraising.

Qualifications

• Experience using a relationship database or CRM.
• Experience working with volunteers and events is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome supporters and help them get started with fundraising.
• Assist people to organise their own events and activities.
• Keep track of plans, actions and follow-ups.
• Support fundraising campaigns and projects to maintain momentum.
• Maintain accurate supporter records on our CRM and produce reports when needed.
• Collaborate with Fundraising and Marketing to support community activities.
• Coordinate and support volunteers, including onboarding.
• Arrange hospice representation at supporter events and cheques presentations.
