Val Wade Recruitment is seeking a Data Administrator for a 12-week temporary role in London. You will support processing of digital donations, maintain donor data in Raiser’s Edge, and help ensure accuracy and compliance. The role offers hybrid or remote work after training and requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have CRM experience, teamwork spirit, and a proactive approach to data quality and fundraising processes within a museum context.

Formación

• Experience with CRM systems and data entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge and Excel for data processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to handle data sensitively and comply with data protection guidelines.
• Proactive communicator and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Process digital giving donations and record in Raiser’s Edge with accuracy.
• Maintain data quality and update supporter records.
• Verify donor information for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Assist with routine admin tasks and data entry workflows.
• Redact and update records in line with data protection policies.
• Flag data quality issues to colleagues and resolve queries.
• Support fundraising data processing activities with the team.
