Job summary

YMCA England & Wales is seeking a Fundraising Database Assistant in London with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on keeping the supporter database accurate, running data imports/exports, and producing targeted data selections for campaigns.

You will work with Raiser's Edge NXT, perform data quality checks, and respond to routine queries as the first point of contact for data issues. A commitment to equality and safeguarding is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with a CRM or database system.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Commitment to data accuracy and following documented processes.
• Ability to deliver scheduled work to deadlines and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled data imports and exports with third-party partners.
• Produce targeted data selections for fundraising and marketing campaigns.
• Respond to ad hoc requests by creating queries, lists and exports in Raiser's Edge NXT.
