Job summary

Suffolk New College Ipswich campus is seeking a Funding and Systems Advisor to join the Funding & Performance Team. You will ensure accurate data entry into college systems, check and correct errors to guarantee funding returns, and manage registers, timetabling and room bookings across the College.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proven data input experience, and English and Maths at Level 2 with a relevant Level 3 qualification.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to interpret information and to use statistical and financial information with accuracy
• Proven experience of a data input role
• English and Maths at Level 2 (Grade C/4 or above) and a relevant Level 3 qualification

Responsibilities

• Data entry into college systems and ensuring accuracy of funding returns
• Processing of registers, timetabling and room bookings across the college
• Check and correct errors to maintain data integrity
