Job summary

Suffolk New College Ipswich campus is seeking a Funding and Systems Advisor to join the Funding & Performance Team. You will ensure accurate data entry into college systems, check and correct errors to guarantee funding returns, and manage registers, timetabling and room bookings across the College.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proven data input experience, and English and Maths at Level 2 with a relevant Level 3 qualification.

Job description

Starting salary is £27,363 per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Suffolk New College are on the search for Funding and Systems Advisor to join our busy Funding & Performance Team.

Working alongside the Information & System Development Officers and the wider Funding & Performance and College teams, you will be ensuring accurate data entry to the College computerised systems, checking and correcting errors to ensure accuracy of funding returns. You will be responsible for the processing of registers, timetabling and room booking across the College.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Analytical skills to interpret information and to use statistical and financial information with accuracy
• Proven experience of a data input role
• Education to a good standard, with English and Maths at Level 2 (Grade C/4 or above)
• A relevant Level 3 qualification

This post is based at Suffolk New College Ipswich campus however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
