Job summary

Suffolk New College in Ipswich is seeking a proactive administrator to act as a key liaison between academic staff and learners. The role covers a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks within our Curriculum Administration Team, requiring strong customer service, organisation and IT skills.

Working 37 hours per week across 52 weeks, the post is based at Ipswich campus with potential travel to other campuses; starting salary is £25,803 per annum.

This exciting opportunity is a varied and busy role, which will require you to provide a point of contact between academic staff and learners and assist with all day-to-day administrative functions within our friendly and supportive Curriculum Administration Team.

You will need to be proactive, with great customer service, organisational, IT, and admin skills.

We are looking for potential, so if you have initiative, good communication skills and can work as part of a team, we would like to hear from you.

This post is based at Suffolk New College, Ipswich campus however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus site therefore you may be required to work and travel between campuses.
