Scope

Your role is to ensure the viability of training delivery and maximize funding drawdown from funded learning contracts. You will collaborate during bid stages, project mobilisation, and delivery to optimize funding.

Duties and Responsibilities

The role's responsibilities are categorized as follows:

Contract mobilisation

• Ensure due diligence for new contracts, working with Compliance to complete documentation on time.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to facilitate course delivery in suitable facilities.
• Brief Marketing to generate learner and B2B enquiries.

Contract delivery

• Collaborate with Marketing to set up new courses in booking systems.
• Work with Planning to ensure sufficient capacity for instructor and course spaces.

Reporting

• Maintain project planning tools, track tasks, and report on project statuses and blockers.
• Monitor upcoming contracts and funding remaining for drawdown.

KPIs

• Meet training delivery timelines based on contract specifics.
• Maximize funding drawdown by ensuring adequate training spaces are available.
