Anderson Global’s UK Group is seeking a Fund Services Associate to deliver end-to-end administration of the investment process, including investor onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliations and handling client queries.

Reporting to the Head of Fund Administration, the role requires high organisation, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a FCA-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in fund administration or financial services administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage high volume workloads under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process investor applications and AML/KYC checks.
• Maintain investor and investment records and support invoice calculations.
• Prepare and file investment documentation and agreements.
• Monitor receipt and allocation of investor funds and maintain client asset registers.
• Perform daily client money and asset reconciliations and assist with CASS reporting.
