Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an Associate to join the Asset Management, Client Onboarding Funds team. You will manage end-to-end onboarding for internal JPM funds, coordinating with Investment Desks, Product Development, Client Account Management and Compliance.

You will lead onboarding timelines, document control, risk assessment and deliver excellent client service while supporting global onboarding teams to raise standards and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding funds or asset management is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven project management capability with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent client service and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Project managing new account onboarding for internal JPM funds and lifecycle events.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding timeline with stakeholders across desks, product and ops.
• Chair internal stakeholder meetings to scope, plan, and deliver within deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding docs, checklists, and product specs; ensure proper approvals.
• Collaborate across teams to leverage expertise and drive NBIA initiatives.
• Report status to stakeholders and identify risks to mitigate issues.
• Support global onboarding teams to raise best practices and efficiency.
