Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Fund Accountant - Associate for Fund Services in Glasgow. The role focuses on end-to-end fund accounting, NAV reporting, and relationship with hedge funds, PE and other fund structures. You will work with global teams to ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet and support client inquiries.

The successful candidate will build knowledge of alternative investment funds, fees, and investor accounting, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High degree of accuracy, ability to multitask.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to think critically, problem solve and identify opportunities for efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end fund accounting for clients, including overseeing full P&L and balance sheet and daily NAV reporting.
• Develop knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds and related fee structures.
• Collaborate with global teams across Asia, Europe and US to support client needs.
• Produce investor level allocations of income and expenses at valuation points, including incentive and management fees.
